Its Only Werds...

Ok, sports fans...er...I mean fellow-believer-blogger-peeps...This info is probably in the FAQs and I hope I am not messing up by sharing it, but it helped me tremendously.

 When someone comments on my blog, it is near impossible for me to intereact by returning the read / comment. I am used to another blog site where your id is a hyperlink to your blog. On that blog site, any time you comment on someone's blog post, that someone can click on your name and be directed to your blog site. They can then read your "stuff" and reciprocate the interaction, if desired.

I knew there had to be a way to do that here and I stumbled across it. I know, I know, and I said so -- it's probably in the FAQs, but I haven't made time to go there and study how to use this blog yet! I vascillate between lazy and over-committed! Any way, Here are some hints on how to make sure someone can find you and begin a friendship, commenting back and forth on one another's posts if you want to.

Open your blog as if you are a reading visitor. Highlight the address in your browser bar and right click, select "copy". (My blogsite address is http://loreelle044.christianblogsites.com/blog/) (yours should be very similar except for the part before christianblogsites.com...) Then, when you comment on somoene else's blog, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE, paste that copied address of yours (right click, select "paste" ) into the last box labeled "Web" (under your comment typing box) and it makes your name a hyper-link to your blog.

...i simply MUST take some time while on spring break from school to learn some things about posting here. I have blogged before and used to use a "cut" so that a lengthy post was only partially visible and the rest was hidden under the cut. The cut was a hyperlink to the full text. So...if anybody reads me, I will fix the lengthy posts with cuts as soon as I learn how...hopefully that will be soon -- this week...

I've been thinking about the word "fool" lately. Had a good write for it in mind, but was so bogged down with the quarter of class work, but here goes. This will accomplish two things in one fell swoop. (re: the notice that if i do not post this week, i may be deleted?!?!?! mmmmk...)

Nobody likes to feel like they've been made a fool. "You made a FOOL out of me!" I've heard that and said it as well. But I was thinking about that. You see, nobody has control over you like that.

Point: the bible says call no man fool, right (raca, thou fool!)

Point: Paul said he was a "fool for Christ", didn't he?

Study Plan: find the word in Strongs, find exact translation(s), figure this out.
